1. من نحن
miborbita.com علامة تجارية يديرها معين إبراهيم برنو (المعروف اختصاراً بـ MIB)، مؤسّس الشركة ورئيسها التنفيذي، بموجب وثيقة عمل حرّ رقم FL-329056703 الصادرة من وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
العمليات الميدانية في جورجيا تُنفَّذ عبر MIBORBITA 1992 LLC، شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجّلة برقم تعريف 448426123 لدى الجهة المختصّة في جورجيا.
باستخدامك الموقع أو شرائك أي منتج منه، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
2. طبيعة الخدمة
المنصّة تقدّم محتوى ومعلومات سفر، وتُنسّق طلبات الحجز مع مزوّدي خدمات مستقلّين (فنادق، شركات تأجير، مكاتب سفر). لسنا شركة طيران ولا فندقاً ولا شركة تأجير، ولا نقدّم هذه الخدمات بأنفسنا.
المنتجات الرقمية (خطط السفر الرقمية) نُنتجها ونبيعها مباشرةً.
3. الدفع الإلكترونيّ
الدفع بالبطاقة عبر الموقع متاح حالياً للمنتجات الرقمية فقط.
باقي الخدمات (السياحة، العمرة، الإقامة، تأجير السيارات) تُنسَّق عبر واتساب، ولا يُطلب فيها دفع إلكترونيّ عبر الموقع.
الأسعار مذكورة بالريال السعوديّ وتشمل ما هو موصوف في صفحة المنتج فقط. إذا حُصِّل المبلغ بعملة أخرى، يُعرض ذلك بوضوح في صفحة الدفع.
4. الحساب والبريد الإلكترونيّ
أنت مسؤول عن صحّة البريد الإلكترونيّ الذي تُدخله، وعن سرّية بيانات دخولك. الوصول إلى منتجك مرتبط ببريدك الإلكترونيّ. بريد خاطئ قد يمنعك من الوصول إلى ما اشتريته.
5. الرخصة: شخصية وغير قابلة للنقل
شراء خطة سفر رقمية يمنحك رخصة استخدام شخصية، غير حصرية، غير قابلة للنقل، لك ولمرافقيك في نفس الرحلة.
يُمنع منعاً باتاً:
- مشاركة رابط الوصول أو بيانات الدخول مع أي طرف آخر.
- إعادة البيع أو التأجير أو التوزيع أو النشر، كلياً أو جزئياً.
- رفع المنتج أو نسخه على أي منصّة أو مجموعة أو قناة.
- إزالة أو طمس العلامات المائية أو أي معرّف داخل المنتج.
تنبيه: كل نسخة تحمل علامة مائية ظاهرة وخفية مرتبطة ببريد المشتري. عند اكتشاف مخالفة، يحقّ لنا إيقاف الوصول فوراً دون استرجاع، والمطالبة بالتعويض.
الإهداء هو الطريق الوحيد المسموح لنقل المنتج، ويتمّ عبر النموذج المخصّص وقت الشراء.
6. دقّة المعلومات وحدود الاعتماد
معلومات الخطط (الأسعار، المواعيد، التأشيرات، أرقام التواصل، ساعات العمل) صحيحة بتاريخ آخر تحديث مذكور داخل المنتج، وهي قابلة للتغيير من مصادرها في أي وقت.
أنت مسؤول عن التحقّق بنفسك من:
- متطلّبات التأشيرة والدخول من المصادر الرسمية للدولة قبل السفر.
- متطلّبات التأمين الطبيّ الإلزاميّ (مثال: جورجيا تشترط تأميناً طبياً بحدّ أدنى منذ 2026).
- صلاحية جواز سفرك وحجوزاتك ومواعيد رحلاتك.
المنتج أداة تخطيط مساعدة، وليس بديلاً عن المصادر الرسمية، ولا يُشكّل استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية.
7. الملكية الفكرية
كل المحتوى والتصاميم والشعارات والصور على الموقع وداخل المنتجات مملوكة لنا أو مرخّصة لنا. لا يجوز استخدامها خارج نطاق الرخصة المذكورة في البند 5.
8. حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة ناتجة عن تغيّر أسعار، إلغاء رحلات، رفض تأشيرة، أو أخطاء من مزوّدي خدمات مستقلّين.
في كل الأحوال، أقصى مسؤولية علينا تجاه أي منتج رقميّ = المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابله.
9. الخصوصية
نعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على الموقع، وبما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) في المملكة العربية السعودية. كما نستخدم أدوات تحليلات ويب من طرف ثالث (مثل Ahrefs Web Analytics) لقياس حركة الزوار دون ملفات تعريف ارتباط، وقد يقع مزوّدها خارج المملكة.
10. الاسترجاع والإلغاء
تفاصيل الاسترجاع والإلغاء موضّحة في صفحة مستقلّة: سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء، وهي جزء لا يتجزّأ من هذه الشروط.
11. التعديلات
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، ويسري التحديث من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة. الشراء بعد النشر يعني قبولك للنسخة المحدَّثة.
12. القانون والاختصاص
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختصّ الجهات القضائية المختصّة في مدينة الرياض بالفصل في أي نزاع.

14. لغة هذه الوثيقة
تُنشر هذه الشروط والأحكام باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية فقط. النسخة العربية هي المرجع المعتمد. وعند أي اختلاف أو تباين في التفسير بين النسختين، تُرجَّح النسخة العربية.

1. Who we are
miborbita.com is a trade name operated by Maeen Ibrahim Barno (also known as MIB), founder and CEO, under Saudi Freelance Document No. FL-329056703, issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Saudi Arabia.
Field operations in Georgia are carried out through MIBORBITA 1992 LLC, a limited liability company registered under ID No. 448426123 with the competent authority in Georgia.
By using this website or purchasing any product from it, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the service
The platform provides travel content and information, and coordinates booking requests with independent service providers (hotels, rental companies, travel agencies). We are not an airline, a hotel, or a car rental company, and we do not provide those services ourselves.
Digital products (digital travel plans) are produced and sold by us directly.
3. Online payment
Card payment on this website is currently available for digital products only.
All other services (tourism, Umrah, accommodation, car rental) are coordinated over WhatsApp and involve no online payment on this website.
Prices are stated in Saudi Riyals and cover only what is described on the product page. If the amount is charged in another currency, that is shown clearly on the payment page.
4. Account and email
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for keeping your login details confidential. Access to your product is tied to your email address. An incorrect email may prevent you from accessing what you bought.
5. Licence: personal and non-transferable
Purchasing a digital travel plan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, for you and the companions travelling with you on the same trip.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing the access link or login details with any other party.
- Reselling, renting, distributing, or publishing the product, in whole or in part.
- Uploading or copying the product to any platform, group, or channel.
- Removing or obscuring watermarks or any identifier inside the product.
Notice: every copy carries a visible and a hidden watermark tied to the buyer's email. If a breach is detected, we may suspend access immediately without a refund and seek compensation.
Gifting is the only permitted way to transfer the product, and it must be done through the dedicated form at the time of purchase.
6. Accuracy of information and limits of reliance
Plan information (prices, schedules, visas, contact numbers, opening hours) is accurate as of the last-updated date stated inside the product, and may be changed by its sources at any time.
You are responsible for verifying, yourself:
- Visa and entry requirements from the country's official sources before travelling.
- Mandatory medical insurance requirements (for example, Georgia has required minimum medical cover since 2026).
- The validity of your passport, your bookings, and your flight times.
The product is a planning aid. It is not a substitute for official sources, and it does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
7. Intellectual property
All content, designs, logos, and images on the website and inside the products are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be used outside the licence described in section 5.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from price changes, cancelled flights, visa refusals, or errors by independent service providers.
In all cases, our maximum liability for any digital product is the amount you paid for it.
9. Privacy
We process your data in line with the Privacy Policy published on the website, and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia. We also use third-party web analytics tools (such as Ahrefs Web Analytics) to measure visitor traffic without cookies, and their provider may be located outside the Kingdom.
10. Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation details are set out on a separate page: Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. An update takes effect from the date it is published on this page. Purchasing after publication means you accept the updated version.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Language of this document
These Terms are published in Arabic and English only. The Arabic version is the authoritative reference. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
